Mr. Black will preach tomorrow p.m. Domerjoz came, train late had supper with us. all quite well - good-night. Nkaku & I had service this a.m. Mr. Black this p.m. Mr. Domerjoz with us - Sophie S.S. large - p.m. service very small 3 Swedes & 3 Accras - Good-night Mr. Domerjoz went to Kinshasa this a.m. & came back this noon with Mr. Gordon & we all had dinner together. Mr. Gordon bought some sheep from Demerj - I will buy some later. I went to the State to see about getting some loads - got promise of 25 - went at once & had them picked out - so as to be ready - the boat will leave Saturday. Domerjoz went to Kinshasa this a.m. walked back this p.m. He has the photographic craze He went to work packing - as he has quite a number of things to send home for Mr. Woollings. He expects to start for Matadi Friday. This a.m. I went down to the beach & got a boat & took all my loads down at once and had them put on the Steamer 25 S.S. Ville de Bruges. I bought 2 ½-grown sheep & one old sheep & lamb for 60 francs. I also bought 6 fowls for 25 francs, & some other things - my bill was 100.50 francs. Sophie has prepared lunch for Domerjoz tomorrow. I went down & helped him do some packing tonight. Black is not much when one is in a hurry. Good-night. Mr. Domerjoz left for Matadi this a.m. & I went to Kinshasa on the same train paid to the custom officer 51 francs - for passage & board from Tchumberi. Ate breakfast at Gordon's Met Mr. Poole at the Dutch House,
