a little imprudence in trying to work when he was too weak. I sat up with him until his fever had ceased & I tho't him safe. Gave O. calomel & Q. Saturday July 24 - 97 Got up early went to see O. & V. forbade the former getting up at all today & the latter not allowed to get out of bed before 8 after which time he went to work. Both quite well today. I have given orders what to do in the morning, &c. I am to preach for the missionaries tomorrow-night. at Mr. Graham's.
