Made a door & hung it and put up some window shutters. Now I have my house enclosed. We had a nice entertainment to night for the Acra's &c. Quite a no. took part & everything passed pleasantly. Today I made two legs for my table. I had a table here that had only two legs & they screwed in. I asked some carpenter if they could make them & screw them in & they said no, they had no tools for the purpose. I went to work & made them myself. Put my table together & now it is ready for use. Gave the boys their usual weekly allowance - candle soap & fish. I did not go to the morning service - was kept busy in my house & bathing &c. I took dinner with my friend D'Angremond. Come up in time for p.m. service. Mr. Wooding led. It rained & there was no congregation only 2, so we had a little prayer service. At night, service at A.P.C.M. & I preached not many of us but we enjoyed it just the same. May Gods blessings rest on His word and may the Holy Spirit accompany the Word and take it to the hearts of men & bring them to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Kept quite busy today at various things. Watching after the ducklings & young chickens - looking after the boys &c. my time is fully employed. Worked at the various employments which come up about the place. Got some locks & bolts from B.M.S. & put them on doors & windows.
